Important international delivery information:

As part of our shipping & returns policy we are working with world-class international couriers, but there can be delays that are out of our control, such as customs processing times in your specific country. If you have issues with your order, please send us an email and we will try our best to help. 

La Bella Lavanderina UK ships all the orders from the UK, and therefore parcels may be subject to additional customs and taxes upon entry to your destination country. La Bella Lavanderina UK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For orders from the EU countries, no customs tax is charged on orders under €150.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.

Under our shipping & returns policy To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will cover the postage to send the goods back. 

To start a return, you can contact us at help@labellalavanderina.co.uk.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the return postage fee will not be covered by La Bella Lavanderina UK, unless the product is damaged or wrongly sent. 

You can always contact us for any return question at orders@labellalavanderina.co.uk quoting your oder number.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not accept items that are opened and used.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
